What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily operations (opening, closing, experience flow)

• Guide and support the Client Experience Executives

• Maintain VIRANOVA’s cleanliness and aesthetic standards

• Solve onsite concerns with calm, confident decision-making

• Handle shift reports, sales logs, and incident documentation

• Ensure every guest feels welcomed, supported, and taken care of
   

Who You Are

You’re calm under pressure, organized, detail-oriented, and confident leading a team.
You notice the little things, communicate well, and care about creating a beautiful, efficient space.
