Introduction
Welcome to VIRANOVA. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our co-working space, facilities, and services. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our services.

Access and Use of the Co-Working Space
Registration: All users must register and provide valid identification before using our co-working space. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and up to date.
Usage: You agree to use the co-working space solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any use of the space for illegal or unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited.
Hours of Operation: VIRANOVA is open 24/7.
Membership Plans and Fees: Memberships, day passes, and other usage fees are subject to the terms and conditions set out in the specific plan or package chosen. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Payment: Payments for services must be made in advance or as agreed in the membership contract. We accept cash payments over the counter for walk-ins and online payments via PayPal, GCash, Debit/Credit cards through Xendit. Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of access.
Conduct and Behavior
Respect for Others: You must respect the rights and privacy of other users. Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to excessive noise, harassment, or discrimination, will not be tolerated.
Cleanliness: Users are expected to maintain cleanliness in the workspace. Please clean up after yourself and dispose of waste properly.
No Smoking or Alcohol: Smoking, vaping, and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited within the premises.
Personal Property: You are responsible for your personal belongings. VIRANOVA is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Facilities and Services
Internet Access: VIRANOVA provides internet access for its users. You agree not to use the internet for illegal activities, including but not limited to hacking, phishing, or the distribution of illegal content.
Meeting Rooms and Equipment: Meeting rooms, noise-canceling cubicles, and other equipment must be booked in advance and used in accordance with our booking policy. Any damage to equipment caused by misuse may result in additional charges.
Damage to Equipment or Facilities:
Incident Reporting:
If any equipment or facility is damaged, staff must report the incident immediately to the Operations Manager or designated authority.
Document the damage with clear photos or videos, including the time, date, and details of the incident.
Damage Assessment:
Evaluate the extent of the damage and determine whether it was accidental or intentional.
Calculate the cost of repair or replacement, including any labor fees if necessary.
Customer Responsibility:
If the customer is responsible, inform them of the damage and provide a written estimate of the repair or replacement costs.
Refer to the customer’s booking agreement or terms and conditions regarding damages, and explain any penalties or fees they may incur.
Payment for Damages:
Customers must cover the costs of damages within a reasonable time frame, either through a direct payment or by deducting from any deposit or security bond, if applicable.
If the customer refuses to pay, escalate the issue to management for further action, which could involve legal measures or permanent banning from the space.
Facility Restoration:
Ensure that the damaged item is repaired or replaced promptly to maintain the quality and functionality of the workspace.
Preventive Measures:
Review the incident to determine if additional preventive measures or guidelines need to be implemented, such as better signage or changes to the user agreement.
Maintenance and Repairs: We reserve the right to carry out repairs and maintenance as needed. We will provide notice of any significant maintenance or service interruptions.
Liability and Indemnity
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, VIRANOVA is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our facilities and services.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold VIRANOVA, its employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the co-working space or violation of these Terms.
Termination and Suspension
Termination by You: You may terminate your use of our services at any time. However, fees paid in advance are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Termination by Us: VIRANOVA reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the co-working space without notice if you breach these Terms, engage in illegal activities, or violate our rules and policies.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or by email. Your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, by arbitration in Dumaguete City, Philippines.
