Return Policy

No Refunds – All Sales Are Final
At VIRANOVA, all sales are final once payment is completed. We do not offer refunds for any purchases, whether online or in person.

Store Credit Option
Instead of refunds, we provide store credit for unused sessions. If a session was not used, you may rebook it for another time, as long as it falls within the validity period of your bundle or plan. The rebooking is subject to availability and must be completed within the set time frame of your plan.

Rebooking Unused Sessions
If you have purchased a bundle or plan and haven't used a session, simply log into your account and reschedule it. Make sure to check the validity period of your plan to ensure your rebooking is within the allowed timeframe.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, it must be done at least 1 hour before the session start time, through your members area. Failure to cancel or reschedule within this window will result in a penalty, and the session will be considered used.

In case of late arrival, the session will be marked as a no-show, and the time will be considered paid and non-refundable.

​

No Refunds for Promotional or Discounted Items
Store credit is not applicable for promotional or discounted offers, unless otherwise specified and approved by management.

VIRANOVA reserves the right to modify or update this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically for any changes.
