Trivia Night Terms and Conditions

By registering for the VIRANOVA Trivia Night Pajama Party, all participants agree to the following terms:

No Refund Policy

All payments made are final and non-refundable, regardless of attendance, cancellation, or disqualification. This includes instances where a team is unable to participate due to personal, technical, or scheduling reasons.

Team Composition

Teams must consist of 3 members only.
If there is a need to change a team member, you must notify the VIRANOVA team at least 48 hours before the event via email or phone.
Team changes are allowed once only and must be approved by the organizers.
No partial team entries or solo players will be accepted.
 

No Pajama, No Entry

All attendees must come in pajama attire to be admitted to the event. This is part of the themed experience and is strictly enforced. No exceptions.

Entry Confirmation

Your registration is only considered complete once payment is received and verified. A confirmation email will be sent to the team contact. Please show this at the entrance to be allowed in.
 

Code of Conduct

All participants must maintain respectful and sportsmanlike behavior throughout the event. Disruptive behavior may lead to disqualification and removal from the venue.
 

Media & Promotion

By attending the event, you consent to the use of photos and videos taken during the event for VIRANOVA’s promotional purposes on social media and other marketing channels.
